Sometimes it feels like time is just running away so quickly that it can’t be stopped. There just isn’t time to do all the things that we need to do. How do we balance work, family, friends, church, volunteer work, self-care, etc.?
The Om Space is designed to offer small points of calm in the midst of too much to do, with too little time. These small self-care breaks are worth giving yourself this time.
This page is going to include short exercises that I have found work for me, a comment page for suggestions that you might have about exercises or activities that can help, and even a blog where you can follow along with me as I attempt to put this into practice for myself (believe me, I am a master at making excuses about giving myself some time).
